This cycle is now ramping up on every non-coding job vertical you can imagine. This is what I work on in science bringing AI beyond coding.
It’s not just one company.
It’s all the big ones and most of the mid-sized ones in every category.

What does everyone use to manage multiple coding agents at the same time? Across one or multiple projects. Meaning: Start a chat in A, move to B, write a plan, get alerted that C needs your attention, etc.

If you work in big tech and spent months working on updating role/level based expectations for the AI era… throw it away.
The balls have all been tossed up and you don’t know where they are going to land.
Roles will shift dramatically more than you think.
Best you can say is “use latest AI”. :)

As you can see, the adventure in training my own small vision model was sort of a fail other than having learned a lot.
Too many classes imposed on too few parameters with too few images and training runs over 30ish hours baby sitting the run.

- Ask Claude to use playwright to document the prototype by taking screenshots.
- Give your brief requirements and priorities for the features with notes for the team.
- Have it publish the spec.
Step 2 results were impressive.
