The intern, Gabe, thought our YouTube thumbnails were boring.
So, as a good manager, you bring it up.. you fix it.
And that’s what he did today for a couple hours. I set him loose on Canva.
Top ones are his. Bottom is the older video thumb.
Someone was told that video games cost money and now KickoffLabs has a summer intern. :) He’s completed the editing, production, and publishing of the last 6 videos on our YouTube channel with Descript so far.
Tomorrow he wants to create new thumbnail templates for our videos because ours are “boring”. So I’m going to set him loose with Canva.
Feed > Posts > Input > Persona + prompts > Output multiple results > Human moderated results workflow is going great.

Gave up trying to teach Chat GPT JSON to get multiple options in responses. Just not reliable enough for automations and workflows.
Going to use completion counts or iterative chats that log individual replies instead. contentspark.ai

Tonights goal for ContentSpark.ai is to add support for Personas for workflows. So you are working with different assistant types depending on the workflow you create.
OpenAI is going to move hard on these deals so create lock-in. Harder for startups to sign deals with these huge publishers.

The first Episode of the new Black Mirror “Joan is awful” was very good.
AI bias is going to be a much bigger problem than an AI takeover.
Trained models tend to exaggerate bias in the training data. So it’s worse than just the bias of the people picking data.
Combine it with a society already backsliding on equality and you have issues.

How many people give ChatGPT a “voice”/role to play when writing content?
Tonight on Content Spark is finishing customizable sparks so you can copy and create them using the default sparks (think prompts++ in workflows) as a starting point.
