I’ve got lots of motivation to work on things, but soo many different paths to grow the business, so choosing what to work on becomes a blocker.
Having a split between being a manager and an individual contributor makes this more complicated. I need a strategy this year to help isolate the two parts of the job so I can be a better leader AND a better individual while the business demands both hats.

So I built a thing. Takes longer articles and blog entries and turns them into tweetable nuggets to share on social media.
The hard part is knowing if it should be called “Content Spark” or “Spark Content”?? We will abide by your replies. :)
